TE Enterprises Consulting was founded in 2006 by TE Steger-Smith to provide consulting services to individuals and businesses in the areas of human resources, organizational development, training, analytics, research and Affiliate Network Marketing opportunities to individuals in Albuquerque, NM..

In 2008, TE Enterprises Consulting expanded and added public speaking services and voice overs to its growing portfolio of services. In November 2011 after a relocation and broadening of scope, TE Enterprises Consulting offered a full cadre of services in each business line: Career Consulting, Financial Management, Public Speaking/Voice Overs and Business Consulting (Human Capital Analytics and Fundraising Services).
